We're proud to partner with Tesco & Volkswagen to deliver the nation's largest retail EV charging network.

With over 40 years' experience in international product design, we were handpicked by the client for our expertise in delivering premium quality products within the Audio Visual and Digital Signage sectors.

Based in the U.K., our 6000 square foot factory contains some of the latest and most advanced manufacturing technology, allowing the customer to work alongside our design and manufacturing teams to develop a purpose- built Electric Kiosk. Using 3D CAD software and prototype components, we produced a number of stainless steel, pre-production samples for comprehensive and rigorous testing, including handling the fiercest of storms and accompanying wind speeds exceeding 160mph. Having the knowledge that the Kiosks would not tipple over and remain one-piece secure was paramount to the project's development and this provided the customer with both the trust and confidence required in approving the final design.

Giving transparency to every stage of the manufacturing process, the customer was able to witness how the Kiosks took shape from the initial laser steel cutting, right through to paint and corporate branding, all completed under one roof!

With strict timeframes in place to ensure on-site delivery paired up with the arrival of installation partners, our packing and transit part of the business managed the safe arrival of each Kiosk to their destination, ahead of time and in pristine condition.

With the roll out in full swing, drivers now have access to over 400 charging bays. From design, our bespoke Kiosks form the charging bays that will continue to be rolled out in Tesco Extra and Superstore car parks throughout the United Kingdom.
